"Therapy is a space of sacred discovery—a place to reclaim and understand your story.  As a supporter in your journey, I step into the depths of your inner world with you; gently exploring, unveiling insights, and highlighting what resonates with your most authentic self. My role is to support and guide with curiosity, compassion, and deep reverence for your process. In both my personal and professional experience, healing unfolds when we are truly seen—witnessed in all that we are, in safe and attuned connection. It would be my privilege to walk alongside you."
