Our Communities are led by skilled clinicians who are trained in group psychotherapy, the principles of Interpersonal Neurobiology, and Christian Spiritual Formation. Ministry Professionals and Volunteers
The Confessional Community™ for Ministry Professionals and Volunteers is for men and women serving in various roles at churches and para-church organizations. Over 20 sessions, these ministry leaders will have the chance to share their personal experiences of working in ministry and the difficulties they face. The aim is to create a supportive environment where they can be truly known by others in their field, heal religious trauma, and tell their stories more truly.
