Hannah holds a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lenoir-Rhyne University in Asheville, NC. She approaches the therapeutic relationship through a relational and emotion-focused lens, honoring the importance of connection and presence in the healing process. Her work is further grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and other experiential modalities that support deeper integration beyond talk therapy.

“I hope to walk alongside people as they navigate their unique path toward connection, healing, and unburdening. Whether your journey involves healing from childhood wounds, shifting longstanding patterns, processing trauma and how it shows up in current relationships, easing shame, or learning to live with grief and loss- my aim is to create a space where you feel deeply known, seen, and heard. I believe this is the foundation to tap into the healing, wisdom, and courage already within you.
