“None of us will walk through life without experiencing pain, yet I believe that our wounds were made to heal in the presence of an empathetic witness. Oftentimes, it is when we engage these moments of heartbreak, disappointment, and confusion in our stories that we experience the greatest growth and transformation. But we were not meant to do this work alone. It would be an honor to walk alongside you, offering insight and support, as we explore your unique story. My hope is that you will begin to experience more freedom, joy, and connection – both with others and with yourself.”
