About Experiences and Training
Redefining Meaningful Leadership
Rooted in the principles of interpersonal neurobiology, Christian spiritual formation, and group therapy fundamentals, our experiences and training programs offer a unique blend of theory and practical application.
In our programs, individuals will participate in our Confessional Communities® intensive and also be enrolled in a 12-month training course. Through expert-guided learning, hands-on experiences, and opportunities to earn CEUs from the Seattle School of Theology and Psychology, you’ll be well-equipped to inspire growth, and move forward in your professional and personal spheres.

Who is this training designed for?
This training is designed for both clinicians and qualified non-clinicians interested in leading Confessional Communities®. It’s ideal for those who want to integrate spiritual formation with psychotherapy.
Do I need prior experience to join?
While prior clinical experience isn’t necessary, participants should be open to learning group therapy techniques and interpersonal neurobiology. It’s beneficial for individuals with a background in therapy or spiritual work.
Are there required materials for training?
Yes, participants are expected to read works by Curt Thompson, MD, Irvin Yalom, and Molly Leszcz, as well as listen to specific podcast seasons.
How long does the training take?
