Elizabeth is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families find healing, connection, and personal growth. Her own transformative experience—discovering the value of therapeutic support in marriage and parenting four children—inspired her to pursue this work. She is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can deepen their relationships with themselves and their loved ones.
Elizabeth has received extensive training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an approach that informs much of her work with couples and families by emphasizing the power of attachment, emotional safety, and connection in creating lasting change.
Currently completing the internship phase of her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at National University, a COAMFTE-accredited program, Elizabeth is certified as a Qualified Mental Health Professional Trainee (QMHP-T). With over two decades of lived experience in the challenges and rewards of marriage and family life, she brings both skill and insight into her clinical work.
Elizabeth holds a bachelor’s degree in politics from Washington & Lee University.
