Larissa White, MA
Resident in Counseling
Larissa completed her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Richmont Graduate University, a program in which she has received training in evidence-based therapeutic practices integrated with a holistic and faith-informed approach.
She has supported individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and relational challenges, and applies DBT techniques to help clients develop emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. Larissa draws on her artistic background to enrich the therapeutic journey by offering alternative pathways for clients to emotionally process and enhance self-awareness.
Her years of experience and leadership working with children and young adults in educational, ministry, and missional settings have shaped her warm, adaptable, and relational style of counseling. She is passionate about fostering a welcoming and supportive environment where individuals of all ages can engage their personal narratives and take meaningful steps toward healing and transformation.
