Becca’s compassion translates into a safe, inclusive, and caring space where clients can unload and heal.  She believes humor is a healing agent and welcomes the integration of faith.  Pulling from attachment, internal family systems, interpersonal neurobiology and somatic modalities, Becca serves the whole person—mind, body, & spirit.  Becca serves clients from a trauma-informed lens and is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). Becca has clinical experience serving clients with a wide range of spiritual and mental health needs. She has served clients of all ages to include teens and has worked extensively with military and first responder families. This includes those experiencing post-traumatic stress response, anxiety, depression, developmental trauma (family of origin), complex sexual trauma, spiritual trauma, spiritual formation and deconstruction, betrayal recovery, and life adjustments. Becca also enjoys enriching marriage and family communication by utilizing the Gallup StrengthsFinder Assessment.

“Life is uncertain, and it’s easy to feel overwhelmed.  Sometimes we’re thrown off by its unexpectedness or weighed down as everyday stressors pile up.  It’s no surprise we feel stuck or out of control, bogged down by heavy thoughts and in need of a new direction.  We don’t need to try harder, but we can learn to “try different.”   As a military spouse, and former high school teacher, Becca is familiar with life’s unpredictability and understands firsthand what it is to sit in its complexity."
